Consulting enquiries

Utenx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates byasb.com. The contact forms send your name, email address, selected engagement and message to the enquiry mailbox at ankit@utenx.com. Those details are used to respond to the enquiry and discuss the requested work. Do not include credentials, patient records or other sensitive client material in the initial form.

The notification email is the enquiry record; the form endpoint does not create a separate lead database. The notification also includes the submitting page, time, referring domain, browser information, IP address and approximate location supplied by the hosting platform. These provide context and help assess unwanted submissions.

Lead-source context

Same-site navigation can carry the original landing path, referring domain and the campaign fields utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. If you submit a consulting enquiry, those fields are included in its notification email so the business can understand where enquiries come from. Full referring URLs and arbitrary query parameters are not included in that source record.

This source feature uses no cookies, local storage or session storage. The context travels in a _lead query parameter on clicked internal links. It does not create a visitor profile or send analytics events to a third-party service. Campaign links should contain campaign labels rather than personal information.

If the form cannot deliver

The browser offers a mail-client fallback with the enquiry text and source context. You can inspect that draft before sending it. Email then follows your selected email provider's normal handling.

Hosting and page resources

The site and its enquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare. Some pages load fonts or scripts from external providers. Those network requests can expose normal connection information such as an IP address to the provider. This notice describes the site's implemented contact and source workflow; any future analytics integration will need its own data-handling review.
